Originally Sächsische Staatsbahn No. 184 at Zittau, this became DRG No. 99 594 in 1925 through to 1949, on and past the accession of DR who later gave it the number 99 1594. In 1976 it left the then East Germany to work on the Urskog-Hollands Railway in Norway as No. UHB 8 but in 1984 was purchased privately by a W Henke of Berlin. In 1990, having being re-patriated, it was at the Öchsle Museumsbahn in it’s former DRG identity. From early 1995 it was at Rügensche Kleinbahn, later being purchased by H Schöntag of Straupitz. It spent some time working in Romania from 2006, but was back at Putbus by 2012.
