This locomotive was originally Sächsische Staatsbahn No. 152, working at Triebbischthal and became, in 1925 DRG No. 99 562 and continued in this identity through to 1949, then with the DR who eventually renumbered this to 99 1562 followed by 099 704 to the end of 1990. In December 1992 it was taken to Chemnitz Hilbersdorf then the DGEG at Neuenmarkt-Wirsberg.
