Originally Bayerische Staatsbahn No. 4701, to 1925 then DRG and, from 1949 DB until withdrawal at Bw Weiden at the end of 1967 from whence it was stored at AW Schwerte and, from 1971 - 1984, was displayed at Bw Duisburg-Wedau prior to going to Nürnberg in 1986.
