Rollable and completely preserved museum locomotive in well-maintained condition (operational until 2008, then the boiler deadline expired)

The locomotive is now owned by DB Museum rather than Verkerhrs Museum Drrsden and leased to the local group.

Originally supplied to KPEV in their Berlin Division as No. 1808, later 6146. It became DRG No. 89 7403 in the 1926 amalgamation but was sold to a couple of private railways before coming under the auspices, in 1949, of the DR in it’s current identity.

Ex DR(Prussian Railways(KPEV)Class T3) No. 89.6009, a 0-6-0 Well Tank but also fitted with a tender is displayed at Dresden Altstadt during the Steam Festival there on 30 April 2000.
