This locomotive was originally preserved for the DGEG at Viernheim in 1967 and, from 1989 in Bruchhausen-Vilsen. It moved to their depot at Bochum-Dahlhausen in 1997. The letters MEG (Mittlebadische Eisenbahngesellschaft) should precede ‘Zell-Todtnau’ and ‘ZT’ follows the locomotive number.
