Delivered towards the end of WW2 to the then DRB as No. 52 3252, it was first stored at Rbd Schwerin before joining the SBZ Military Administration, then the emerging DR during 1949, all inbthe same identity. It was recalled to Raw Stendal in late 1967 to be reconstructed with another boiler from Magdeburg and emerged as No. 52 8199, in 1970 becoming 52 8199-3 and working through to 1987, In late 1992 it was purchased by the VSE of Schwarzenburg and, in 1996 went to BBM, Oelsnitz on display.
