Delivered in 02/1944 to the DRB - Deutsche Reichsbahn as No. 52 2706 that found itself with the newly created DR - Deutsche Reichsbahn at the end of WW2 in the same identity. It was called in 05/1961 into Raw Stendal for reconstruction with a combustion chamber boiler (SKL Magdeburg 30458/1961), mixing preheater type IfS/DR and axle bearing adjusting wedges, emerging from here as No. 52 8023; being computerised in 1970 as No. 52 8023-5. In 04/1989 it was called into Rbw Meiningen for conversion into a non-drivable heating locomotive (NHL), as part of an L6/K7 investigation, being used as a heating locomotive in Bw Wustermark, to the west of Berlin in its latter identity, being withdrawn in 1991 and at the end of 1993 it was purchased privately by Bernd Falz, first stored at Bw Wustermark, then 1994 - 1996 at Bw Basdorf; 1996 - 2001 at Altes-Lager outside Jüterbog; then from 2001 storage in Falkenberg (Elster) where it is currently located.
