Delivery in 09/1940 to the DRB - Deutsche Reichsbahn as No. 50 575 that survived WW2 and joined the DR in East Germany. In 03/1961 it was called into Aw Stendal for reconstruction and emerged as No.50 3652 and , in 1970 was computerised as No. 50 3652-0. It then ran until 1989 but was not officially retired until 1991 and, in 1994, was sold to Bernd Falz, later at Hermeskeil but it may now be extant ?

Locomotive was retired on June 7th, 1991 and placed into the hands of a private owner (Bernd Falz) in 1994. At some point thereafter it came in the hands of the Dampflok-Museum Hermeskeil.
