This locomotive was delivered to the DRG as Kreislok No. 50 2838, through to DB in late 1949 becoming, along with computerisation, No. 52 838-0. It was withdrawn from Bw Crailsheim in 1976 but took several years for it to be preserved, first privately in 1983 at Wilferdingen then, in 1994, by EBM Tuttlingen (minus its computer check-digit!

This loco still exists along with 25 other. This loco was DB 50 2838 becoming 052 838 in 1968. Yes it is KM 16355. It was a Crailsheim loco.

If extant, it was built by Krauss-Maffei.
