Delivered to the DRB as No. 44 1251, after WW2 it joined the DR fleet in 1949 in the same identity and was rebuilt as No. 44 O251-7 but later back to coal as No. 44 1251-6. At the end of its running service it was a Stationary boiler at Bw Guben, and went to B Falz, Hermeskeil in 1991.
