Originally supplied from Central Administration for secondary railways through Hermann Bachstein for the Friedeberg-Alt Libbehne Railway as their No. 5, sometime later becoming No. 576 for the Central Admin. It is later recorded as working for S & R, at Düsseldorf-Reisholz as No. 4 but in 1972 was found to be displayed at Bf Kerkerbach, being moved in 1980 for display Merenberg-Allendorf, being placed in store here in 1997. In early 2000 it went on display on the Kerkerbachbahnausstellung, Mengerskirchen and in October of that year, at Heckholzhausen, and where it was in 2004.
