After the end of the operating period in 2016, it was placed in a protected deposit in Behringersmühle.

Previously Nürenberg Gas Works No. 1 that later became EW A.G STWN 1 which was placed in reserve during 1974. It went to the DFS in 1975 at Ebermannstadt as EBERMANNSTADT; had a new boiler at/from Meiningen No. 1467 in 1991 and was here in 1999.
