Another locomotive that was originally Sächsische (rather than kkSteb) Staatsbahn No. 164 at Lommatzsch, which in 1925 became DRG to No. 99 574, retaining that identity though to 1949 working then for DR. Later it was re-numbered, firstly as 99 1574, then computerised as 99 1574-5. From 1992 DB inherited all the principal German railways, this then becoming No. 099 707-2. It was still working on the by now ‘privatised’ Döllnitzbahn in 1993 in it’s former DR identity, but has more recently moved round Sachsen to work on other remaining lines.
