Could this be Maffei 3784 /1913 which is the ONLY non builder attributed, out of several examples, therefore as ‘Unknown 0-4-0F Unknown’ on this site ? The locomotive, if extant, was Himmelsbach KG, Freiburg and, in 1967 Sägewerk Hüfingen. From 1972 belonged to Karl Richtberg KG, Neuenburg and in 1976 was at Museum Richtberg, Marxzell, Baden-Wurtemburg, as it still was in 2003.
