Delivered in 05/1936 to DRG - Deutsche Reichsbahn-Gesellschaft as No. 01 186, the company becoming DRB - Deutsche Reichsbahn in 02/1937. It found itself in the Soviet sector if Germand (DDR) following WW2 and then joined the newly created DR - Deutsche Reichsbahn. In early 1964 it was reconstructed at Raw Meiningen with a new boiler from Raw Halberstadt (267/1963) emerging as No. 01 519; computerised from 1970 as No. 01 0519-7. It was withdrawn from traffic in 1980, then served as a coal-fired stationary boiler from 1982 and was to HANSEAT, Rostock drinks combine brewery, Greifswald until 1988 and was again decommissioned in 1989. Following a refurbishment in 1990 ar Raw Meiningen it went in 03/1991 to 04/1995 to Jelka Establishment, Schaan, Lichtenstein as No. 01 1519-6., then to EFZ - Eisenbahnfreunde Zollernbahn e. V., Balingen, Germany as No. 01 519. In 2907 it was allocated the NVR of 90 80 0001 519-2 D-NESA prior to enforced shutdown later that year. It re-entered the now DLW - Steam Locomotive Plant Meiningen in 2014/15 for refurbishment.
