Originally delivered to the DRB as No. 01 1061, 1940-1945, that became SBZ 1945-1949. It then belonged to the new DB, later re-numbering this as 012 061-8, working through to 1975 when it was preserved in the DDM.

Ex DB No. 01.1061 at the Deutsches Dampflokmotiv Museum at Neuenmarkt-Wirsberg on 13 October 1992. After rebuilding by the DB the loco was renumbered 012.061-8
