I am unsure what EBG stands for but the locomotive was built for Hoechster Farbwerke in Hoechst where it was no. 28 becoming later Lech Chemie, Gersthofen near Augsburg no. 3. It is a 0-4-0WT and now carries the name LUCI as shown in the photo.
