Matt's photos and video show how Japan's early railways relied on imported locos at the time this one was built. It is, of course the classic American Mogul, and a great example of the type.

Tokyo Transport Museum was closed down. This Steam Locomotive was moved to the Omiya Saitama new railway museum.
