Information is wrong, according to the museum the train is dated to 1881

The HIJSM line was converted from Broadgauge in 1866. The NRS already converted in 1856. The NCS and SS were from their inceptions in 1863 standerd guage. This has never been an broad gauge locomotive.

This locomotive, when built and delivered in 1865 to the State Railways (SS) would ‘probably’ (even I can’t remember that far back!) have been 2000mm gauge as Dutch lines were only converted to 1435mm (Standard) in 1866.
