Original delivered to Ferrovia delle Stato No. 5821, later No. 64021; some-time later as FS No. 640.021 (620.21 is questionable!). Displayed at the North portal of the Mt Cenis Tunnel outside Modane, France.

This locomotive (640.021) is displayed as a monument in front of the old railway portal of the Frejus tunnel outside the town of Modane (France).
