Originally delivered to the National Railways of Portugal - Minho e Douro No. 464 that, from 1947 joined the CP as No. E214. Upon cessation of steam it was based in Peso da Régua but has more recently been repaired at Contumil depot, Porto, Portugal for worked with historical trains.

Loco is now operational on the Sernada de Vouga line. Has been working test runs in December 2019, for a future tourist train to start in Summer 2020.

The locomotive is currently at the CP depot in Contumil (NOT Guifoes)m Porto being assessed to full restoration to work once again on historical trains.

The Cargo line is no more used actually. The locomotive is in restauration to a future service on the Vouga line.
