I think the builder name should be SACM (Belfort). SACM stands for “Société Alsacienne de Constructions Mécaniques”. Because of ‘turbulence’ in the area at that time, locomotives were constructed in both Graffenstaden a suburb of Strasbourg) and Mulhouse, for Germany, and at Belfort for France, the latter being principally devoted to electric vehicles. I believe this to be the earliest extant steam locomotive constructed by the French factory, though it would appear many seem to think that SACM means Graffenstaden only!

Locomotive still partly visible from station platforms amid a collection of derelict wagons and passenger cars on August 15th 2013. Similar locomotive in good condition in the roundhouse. Only roundhouse open and rest of museum promised by guide maybe in October 2013? Still an interesting visit.
