This locomotive is located at the Hattiesburg Station with Hercules Powder 12, both machines should have their locations on this database adjusted as such. They are located at 31.328145 N 85.285147 W. Thanks

The Valley Railroad Company is currently in a lawsuit with the city of Hattiesburg over legal ownership of the engine. The city sued because they think it was sold out from under them.

Was told that the Valley Railroad Company sent a truck with some guys down there to tear into the engine for an evaluation.

Was part of the Fred Kepner collection. Now that he has passed, it is up for sale as of 2022.

A fundraising campaign is beginning to have this locomotive repainted before Spring 2010.
