This locomotive was built for the Hvetlanda Sävsajo Railway (HvSJ) as their No. 4 ‘A. WILH.PETRI’, to later become Hvetlanda Railway (HVJ) No. 4 and, from 1946, SJ No. Class Kp 3048.
