55 is the correct works number as per NJK Database.

Although this locomotive, along with No. 235, was built as a 2-cylinder von Borries Class 18b compound, they were both rebuilt to Class 27 in 1927. However, the late Pat Ramsome-Wallis gives the Hamar build number as 66 (rather than 55) for No. 234.
