Locomotive built to 600mm gauge and with Peter Nott in Arroyo Grand it has been No. 5, being extant here in 2012.

Also at the former Alton and Pacific site is Elk River Lumber Co. #3, a heisler steam locomotive that was turned in to a diesel locomotive. There is a photo in the link on the links page.

The gauge of this engine is 2 feet, not standard.

1935 German-built Orenstein & Koppel ( 0-4-0t locomotive, which was one of a dozen such locomotives brought to the U.S. after World War II.  Current owner "doesn't want to be bothered" by people inquiring about his plans for it - his plans are apparently to let it rot.  See:
