Correction. According to The museum this is Cannon Hill & Pacific (CH&P) #9.

This locomotive was purchased from an unknown source by the Joy family of Spokane, WA in 1936. It operated on their privet Cannon Hill & Pacific RR. In 1956 it passed to Richard Shaefer of Lewiston, ID, then to the Inland Empire Ry Historical Society at Spokane in 1997.
