This was originally intented for the military railway in Tigris, Turkey as their No. 125 but not delivered; instead stored in Frankfurt, possibly Oder. Instead it worked, during the 1920s, for the Soannish Military in One of their enclaves, surrounded by Morocco, North Africa prior to being returned to the Servico Militar de Ferrocarriles, Cuatro Vientos, Madrid, Spain. It was only in 1962 that it went to the Minas yFerrocarril de Utrillas SA, Terael and where it was stored in 1966. It was obtained by the South Tynedale Railway, Alston, Cumbria, UK in 1984 as their No. 6 and named Thomas Edmondson (the nameplates being retained) when subsequently sold in 2018 to the FFM in Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany.
