Ordered by Cadbury Brothers to work at their Blackpole, Worcestershire factory. Arrived in 1923 and numbered 7. Later transferred to their factory at Bourneville. Found unsuitable due to the many tight curves. Normally only 0-4-0 locos had operated there. Quickly returned to Blackpole. When replaced by diesel loco it was sold in 1946 to Robert Stephensons Hawthorn Ltd. and overhauled at their Darlington workshops. Sold to Lunt, Comley & Pitt Ltd. Used at their recently opened Pensett Trading Estate, Brierley Hill, a coal concentration depot supplying coal & coke to local industries and domestic users. After withdrawal loaned for display to Dudley Corporation in 1970. Now displayed in the car park of the Black Country Museum.
