(note continued!) In July 2011 it was ready in St Mary’s, PA for returning to Germany, on this occasion to the FFM at Frankfurt-am-Main.

Originally sold to Werkzeugfabrik & Waganbauanstalt F. X. Meiller, München and, a year later, to Holzwerbung Spitzing, Fischhausen-Neuhaus before going to Waldbahn Spiegelau and following WW2 to Waldbahn der Gutsverwaltung Oberzwieselau, noted 1958. During the 1960s it was purchased privately in the USA by A Burr of Big Bear Farm, Honesdale, PA as his No. 8 until 2008

The Krauss is awaiting its owners on Germany to raise funds and the loco is expected to return home in late 2014 early 2015 Tyler Fenderson B&W Volunteer

This locomotive has been sold by Andy Burr (Big Bear Farm) to a buyer in Germany. It has been moved to storage at the Bucksgahuda & Western RR in St Marys, PA.
