As has been suggested, this photo is Carbon Limestone #38/Petticoat Junction #9. If you want a correct photo of #5, email me. I went down to look at all of the Warrior, AL, engines when they were for sale and took photos of everything there.

This locomotive was purchased by a man named Greg Beason and the locomotive is in Amory, MS

This photo is actually the Carbon Limestone 0-4-0, #9 on PJRR. The smaller 0-4-0 on the property is the #5.

This locomotive was an 0-4-0T until converted for the Petticoat Junction Railroad in Panama City Beach, FL.  It burned oil in tourist service.  It was used very little  while at PJRR.  Was eventually removed to a display track in front of the amusement park along Highway 98.
