Ordered in 1901 and shipped to Australia. For some unknown reason the original sale never took place. The Kraus agent in Queensland put the loco in store. In 1904 it was purchased by Moreton Central Sugar Mill, Nambour, Queensland, becoming their first steam locomotive. Was named MORETON. It displaced horse power on the mill's tramways. Withdrawn in 1968 and displayed Currie Park, Nambour. During the next 20 years may have been displayed at different sites.

In 1988 the loco moved to Yandina. Here it was converted. A new tender was made. Inside the tender was a diesel engine. This drives a hydraulic pump & I presume an alternator. The locomotive was converted with a hydraulic motor fitted in the firebox/boiler space with a chain drive from the motor to one of the driving axles. So outwards looks just like a normal steam locomotive.

Is now the operating locomotive at the Yandina Ginger Factory, bearing number 1901. Running around the grounds of the theme park which is the public access part of the operating ginger factory. More a family themed park, still worth a visit. It is only 6 miles from Nambour. Where the loco originally worked
