This locomotive is number 60. I just visited the son of M.T. Ottinger last Saturday, and saw the plate on the front. There is also a third 0-6-0 at this location number 81 that is dismantled just down from the others. All these are for sale.

This location had 3 locos, all ex Lehigh Navigation Coal Co, all 0-4-0ST, No.39 VIW 4327 of 1941, No.82 VIW 4767 of 1946, No.83 VIW 4768 of 1946, all were stored and for sale.
