Dale W Fickés reports: This loco was Cukrownia Kruszwica 9. In 1988 it was withdrawn from factory service and plinthed in the Kruszwica Sugar Factory and stood until 2003 when it was taken to Cisna for repairs. In 2005 it commenced work for the Bieszczady Forest Railway until 2013 and returned to Cisna after repairs in Chabówka. It is still active (working) on the Bieszczady Forest Railway at Majdan 17, 38-607 Cisna-Majdan, Subcarpathia
