Tkh-2191 was first delivered to Poznan Phosphorus Fertilizer Works in Lubon. It was sold sold to ZNTK Lapy as a factory locomotive, and displayed after its end of operation in the late 1980s. In 2012 it was taken to Bialowieza where it is now on display outside, with at least two other locomotives, at Hotel and restaurant Carska, ul. Stacja Towarowa 4, Bialowieza 17-230, Podlaskie
