Acquired by Steamrail Victoria in 1979 where it is part of the operating fleet. Has in the past been loaned to South Gippsland Railway. Until recently on loan to Victorian Goldfield Railway. Seen back at Newport Workshops May 2017.

The loco is said to be on loan to the Victoria Goldfields Railway.
