The overhaul on former Victorian Railways J Class 2-8-0 No. J515 is progressing at Seymour Railway Heritage Centre as it has been decided replace the current boiler on J515 with a spare boiler from sister J Class No. J509 which work is underway on overhauling it for use on J515.

The Victorian Railways J Class 2-8-0 No. J515 is now located at its home base at Seymour Railway Heritage Centre at Seymour in Victoria. The locomotive is currently being overhauled there.

J515 is having repairs done at Seymour Railway Heritage Centre for it to work on the mainline again.
