The construction number is Hohenzollern 3738/1917.

Tx-1123 was originally Heeresfeldbahn (HF), Eisenbahn Ersatzpark Hanau 1609, of which nothing material is known until its appearance at ZKL Hajnówka in 1945. In 1990 it was taken to the Warsaw Museum Warehouse and, in 1992, plinthed in front of the Railway Technical School, Warsaw. In 2013 it was taken to and is now displayed at Skansenu Parowozownia, ul. Towarowa 7, 83-400 Koscierzyna, Pomerania
