This is a Universal Dredge "Tramair" compressed air locomotive built in Denver, CO.

This photo shows no Orenstein & Koppel locomotive, but Andrew Barclay 1991 of 1931, last used by Penrhyn Quarry in Wales. Sold for preservation in 1965 and shipped to Puerto Rico. If you enlarge the picture, the name "Cegin" can be read on the plate on the cabside. The photo was taken in Wales around 1960, the locomotive towing cars waste slate. H.J. Ritz
