The former Penrhyn Slate Quarry Hunslet built 0-4-0ST Works No. 705 "Elin" is now back in steam and operational again and will make her debut into traffic at the Richmond Light Railway during their Richmond Charity Steam Fair on the 13th of August 2022.

The former Penrhyn Slate Quarry Hunslet built 0-4-0ST Works No. 705 "Elin" has had its first fire lit and steamed for the first time in 20 years. The locomotive which was uniquely rebuilt with a Marshall boiler in 1938 will enter service at the Richmond Light Railway in 2022.
