This is in fact, or so it appears, a 2-6-0ST (Saddle Tank) the only so gauged tank engine to operate on the broad gauge in Spain. It was built for the Triano Railway, a short mineral line extending west from Bilbao to San Julian de Musques, and became their No. 13. In RENFE ownership (since 1941) it is named ‘PUCHETA’.
