To nail this down further, 44500 Andorra, Teruel, Soain is a town in the Teruel Province of Spain, also in the autononous community of Aragon.

Just to remove any confusion, this location is the town of Andorra, about 100Km south of Zaragoza. The principality of Andorra never had any railways and has bus connections to the French and Spanish railway systems.

Extant as listed in 2005. However, Andorra despite its size, is a separate country (as in Monaco or San Marino) and not part of either France nor Spain!
