It was working normally in December 2019, shunting coal wagons onto the coal tipper which lifts each wagon almost vertically in order to discharge the coal from one end of the wagon down into an underground shoot. The loco shunts the wagons into formation ready for collection by an SZ diesel loco. It received a full overhaul in Sept 2017 in the workshops of the Slovenian Railway Museum. There are no plans to replace it. Steam is filled into the loco from a point just inside the private sidings.

This fireless loco (LBV.024) is at Ljubljana power station. Remarkably this is in daily use. It handles incoming coal trains of 1000 tons. It is maintained in excellent condition. There are no plans to replace it. The stainless steel structure provides the steam to power it up.

The loco was rebuilt from a Class 62 0-6-0T (Like UK Southern Railway USA Class although built in Yugoslavia). No one seems to know which one.
