It was first delivered to Annopol Phosphorus Mine and, in 1963, was sold to the Lipa-Bilgoraj Forest Railway as Osrodek Transportu Lesnego No. Ty-3811 (Forest Transport Centre) where it worked until 1975. In 1984 it went to the Forestry Museum in Goluchów but was moved several years later to Zwierzyniec, near Bialowieza. In 2004 it was moved again. on this occasion to the far end of the Hajnówka line, at Topilo with a short wagon and tender probably making it a 0-6-0T+4, south east of Bialystok in Podlaskie.
