This was delivered from the factory to Huta Jednosc, Siemianowice, Silesia on the unusual gauge of 630mm and worked here until being withdrawn in 1990. A year later it was taken to the Narrow Gauge Railway Museum in Sochaczew and, in 1993, was plinthed at the Railway Museum in Warsaw. In 2005 it was again plinthed, on this occasion in front of the railway station as No. Tluszcz 1 at PKP Dworzec, Warszawska 4, 05-240 Tluszcz, Masovia

Number 16278 refers to the boiler makers number, loco built by Chrzaqnow 2597 in 1958. Loco is No. 5. and moved to TLUSZCZ, plinthed at the PKP station in September 2016.
