Nothing is currently available concerning its employment from delivery until the end of WWII but in 1945 it was employed by a Construction Equipment Enterprise in Stalinogrod (Katowice) after which, in 1955 it was employed by the PKP at Piaseczno until 1973 when it was given to the Railway Museum in Warsaw and stored at Odolany before its move to the Narrow Gauge Museum, ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia
