This locomotive, one of the last steam locomotives built for the PKP, was delivered to Piotrków Trybunalski but soon moved to Warszawa Wschodnia, where it stayed for three years. It had a brief period at Skarzysko Kamienna in 1969 before spending nearly two decades at Rzepin from 1970. It reached Wolsztyn in October 1989 and, from where it worked passenger services through to 2000 before being withdrawn. It is now effectively stored (though officially displayed) in the line-up opposite the station (as pictured) off Dworcowa 6, 64-200 Wolsztyn, Greater Poland
