This locomotive first saw service at Kraków Plaszów for a decade before moving to nearby Prokocim depot. It spent over two decades at Zbaszynek, via Ostrów Wlkp. and reached Wolsztyn in 1989, working from here until January 2003. From 2011 it was stored at nearby Powodowa, a small village station with adjacent sidings a few km distance to the west of Wolsztyn, before returning. as a wreck, at the end of 2016 and where it now stands with several others in a similar condition between station and depot, off Dworcowa 6, 64-200 Wolsztyn, Greater Poland
