Ty45-20 Jaworzyna Slaska, Poland entered service towards the end of the year at Tarnowskie Góry before going to Cementownia Grodziec in 1977. It was withdxrawn from PKP stock in 1978 and sold to KWK Jowisz. By 1995 it was again on the inventory of the PKP in Jaworzyna Slaska fefore going to Wolsztyn and then back to Jaworzyna Slaska the following year. It is currently displayed at the Museum of Industry and Railways in Silesia, ul. Towarowa 4, 58-140 Jaworzyna Slaska, Lesser Silesia
