Ty-3810 Janow Lubelski, Poland was first delivered to the KFA (Annopol Phosphorus Mine) before it was sold to the Lipa-Bilgoraj Forest Railway in 1963. It was withdrawn from service in January 1978 and, in September 1986, it was displayed in located in the open-air museum at Szklarnia Station. In 2000 it was moved moved to a new open-air swimming pool in Janów Lubelski being currently at Museum of the Forest Railway, Janów Lubelski
